Pool Service

We provide weekly pool service — the same certified technician visits on the same day each week. Consistency is the foundation of proper pool chemistry. Skipping weeks or irregular scheduling causes chemistry to drift, which costs more to correct than it does to maintain.

Yes. We assign a dedicated technician to your pool, and that person shows up every week. They learn your equipment, your pool's chemistry baseline, and your preferences. You're not getting whoever's available — you're getting someone who knows your pool.

Every weekly visit includes skimming the surface, brushing walls and steps, emptying baskets, testing and balancing water chemistry, adding any necessary chemicals, and a visual inspection of your equipment. After each visit you receive a digital report with photos, chemical readings, and any equipment notes.

Yes. After every service visit you receive a report showing exactly what was done — chemicals added, dosages, water test results, equipment status, and photos. You'll always know what happened at your pool, even when you weren't home.

Weekly service is billed at a flat monthly rate, established after a free on-site estimate. Chemicals are billed separately based on actual usage — you only pay for what your pool needs. We'll walk you through the pricing structure clearly before any service begins.

Yes, we do require a service agreement for ongoing weekly service. This protects both parties and ensures clear expectations around scheduling, billing, and scope of work. We're happy to walk you through the agreement before you commit.

Repairs & Equipment

For most equipment failures we can schedule an on-site diagnosis promptly. We carry common diagnostic tools and a broad range of replacement parts on our service vehicles, so many repairs can be completed in a single visit. We'll always give you a realistic timeline when we schedule.

Always. We give you an honest assessment — if a repair costs more than 60–70% of replacement cost, or the equipment is near end of life and likely to fail again soon, we'll say so. The decision is always yours. We'd rather give you honest advice and keep your trust than make a repair that brings you back in three months.

Yes, we charge a service call fee for repair visits, which covers the technician's time to travel to your property and perform the on-site diagnosis. If you proceed with the repair, that fee is applied toward the total. We'll communicate the service call fee upfront — no surprises.

We service all major pool equipment brands including Pentair, Hayward, Jandy/Zodiac, Raypak, Sta-Rite, Polaris, Dolphin, Aquabot, and more. If it's on your equipment pad, we can work on it.

It depends on the noise. Grinding or screeching typically means failing bearings — address this quickly as the motor can seize within days. Gurgling or air sucking sounds indicate a priming or air leak issue — less urgent but still needs attention. When in doubt, turn the pump off and call us. Running a failing pump can cause additional damage and increase your repair cost.

Yes. We handle complete equipment installations — new heaters, variable speed pump upgrades, salt chlorination systems, automation and control systems, and more. We'll help you select the right equipment for your pool, budget, and usage, then install it correctly.

Pool Chemistry & Water Quality

Arizona water is notoriously high in calcium and minerals, which accelerates scale buildup on tile, equipment, and plaster. We account for your local water chemistry baseline when balancing your pool, and we monitor calcium hardness alongside the standard chemistry parameters every visit. Areas like Fountain Hills and Cave Creek have particularly hard water — our technicians know the local conditions and adjust accordingly.

We use professional-grade chlorine, pH adjusters, alkalinity balancers, calcium hardness treatments, and algaecides as needed. Chemicals are billed separately from your monthly service rate based on actual usage — you pay for what your pool actually needs, not a flat chemical allowance that may under or over-dose your specific pool.

Yes. A green pool is typically an algae bloom caused by chlorine depletion — common in Arizona summers when heat and UV destroy chlorine rapidly. We offer green-to-clean service that includes shock treatment, algaecide application, brushing, and follow-up visits to restore your pool to safe, clear water. Contact us at (480) 948-2001 to schedule.

Significantly. High temperatures accelerate chlorine consumption, increase evaporation (which concentrates minerals), and create ideal conditions for algae growth. In summer, pools in Arizona can consume two to three times more chlorine than in cooler months. This is why consistent weekly service is especially critical from May through September.
