Javier immigrated from Sonora, Mexico at age seven, grew up in Nogales, Arizona, and graduated from the University of Arizona. A lifelong entrepreneur — he built and sold a pest control company before acquiring Complete Pool Care, where he has invested more than two decades of hands-on leadership. He's still in the office every day. Still on the phone. Still in the field. The company reflects his values directly: do the work right, be honest with people, and treat every customer the way you'd want to be treated yourself.
